Xen Involvement - I learned about Xen 2.0.x back in 2004 and was captivated by how effeciently
it worked for Linux virtualization. As it integrates well with vlans, it allowed us to easily consolidate Linux servers
on different subnets.
Today we mostly use Xen 3.x as part of Linux server systems, which has reached several hundred implementations. There are also several OpenSolaris Dom0 and Windows DomU implementations.
You can find me on xen-users lists, sharing best practices and troubleshooting guides with fellow Xen users.
Thoughts on Xen - Xen provides high performance virtualization supporting wide range of Operating Systems. It integrates well with Linux and OpenSolaris. It's an excellent choice of virtualization platform whether you're using it for development purposes or enterprise-level deployment.
